Welcome Letter From John
Welcome to the CIG website. We are glad that you found us, and trust that you will find the information presented useful, whether you are a newly diagnosed patient, or an experienced one. In the world of non-Hodgkin lymphomas, chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) are often under represented. In order to gather more information, patients who have become affected by this blood disorder need to group together and become more “visible” and vocal in the medical community. As a collective group, we’ll be in a better position to raise CLL/SLL awareness and better request resources dedicated to our needs.

Subscribe to CLL/SLL Discussion Group
CIG is not a discussion group; it is a patient advocacy group that dispenses disease-specific information to people with CLL/SLL and their loved ones. However, we do have a related group where frequent and interesting discussions do take place. Richard Furman, MD, a CLL expert from Weill Medical College of Cornell University and New York-Presbyterian, is now active on this discussion group, so we have an important medical advisor on board. Subscribe to the discussion group today.
